Sonya was formerly the Director of Operations at Michelin-starred Bar Spero and Reverie, where she oversaw all aspects of the award-winning restaurants. She also worked with Union Square Hospitality Group as a Beverage Manager and has a Level 3 Award in Wine and Spirits. Sonya is passionate about cultivating relationships and providing a personalized guest experience.
