Chef Rene brings over a decade of experience to Cordelia. Formerly the Executive Chef at Via Sophia in DC, he began his culinary career in cooking in San Francisco, before moving to Boston where he became a chef at the renown Radius restaurant from James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Schlow. He moved to DC in 2016 and was the Chef de Cuisine at Fiola Mare and then Culinary Director at The Salt Line. He is passionate about sustainable sourcing.
